It is great fun for family and friends, you can spend some HAPPY craft time together to design the balloon garland you like. Flat packed (please refer to the picture), DIY is required. Can be filled with air or helium. Balloons will not float up when pumped with air.
*Each pack includes balloons and specified Kit only, not include any ornament (greeny/leaves/flowers etc) in the pictures, please refer to each set description for details.
*Flat packed balloon colours may look darker, it will become lighter once they are inflated.
*Each item is carefully examined and tested by the manufacturer.

How to Assemble:
- Inflate the balloonsand tie, slot the balloons into the included balloon chain, insert 1 balloon every 1 or 2 holes;
- You can adjust the size of the balloons as required within the size boundary when you fill with air or helium in the latex balloons.
- Cut off the excess balloon chain,and put the ribbon through the balloon chain hole on the part that need to fixed.
- Tape the ribbon to the wall or somewhere and make your favorite shape according to the venue.

Tips & Warning:
(1) If there is any Balloon tie tool included in the packet, which helps tying balloons easier, faster and painless on finger. You can insert balloons into the holes on the tape or put into grooves on clips. It will not fall out with a set of holes. Simply peel button off adhesive sheet and stick on the aim. (2) The confetti will naturally moves toward the gravity direction, spread them inside the balloon and make sure they are not bunched together before inflating them, you can rub the confetti balloons on carpet or towel with your hands repeatedly to distribute them to have effect in the pictures (please refer to Picture 3) (3) Please make sure DO NOT overfill the balloons, and also avoid sunburn, overheat, pointed object and excessive friction. Strong winds or over lap can cause pop-ups as well. Please do not close to anyone who is or just after peeling Citrus fruit skins when you use the balloons, as this will cause the burst of any balloons. (4) Assemble is required, it may take 30 minutes or above to create the balloon garland, it depends on each individual , so it may not be suitable for someone who dislike DIY. (5)These balloons and kits are not toys, they should always keep out of reach of children, and supervision is required at all time. Please Note:
